We had heard that Atlanta is a huge hub, and it looked large as we flew in. This was not really in evidence as we came through security and customs.
We're now sitting in the Domestic Terminal though, and it's packed with people, even in our small section.
Dave and I were lucky enough to have a spare seat beside each of us, so there was plenty of room to spread out.
There were some great views of the eastern U.S.A. as we flew south, reminding me a little of the American geography I used to teach!
